About Us
Beth’s Threaded Treasures is a family-owned studio based in Indianapolis, Indiana, specializing in:

Quotes & Estimates
Quotes are provided based on the information available at the time of the request.
Final pricing may vary if:
- Project specifications change
- Additional materials are required
- Design complexity increases
- Customer requests additional work
Customers will be notified before additional charges are incurred.
Custom Orders
Because every project is unique, customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before work begins.
This includes:
- Names
- Dates
- Monograms
- Colors
- Design selections
- Fabric choices
- Thread colors
Approval of a design constitutes authorization to begin production.
Customer-Supplied Items
Customers may provide quilts, garments, fabrics, or other materials for customization.
While every reasonable effort is made to protect customer property, Beth’s Threaded Treasures is not responsible for:
- Manufacturer defects
- Fabric flaws
- Damage caused by unstable fabrics
- Hidden weaknesses in older textiles
- Color bleeding
- Shrinkage after laundering
Longarm Quilting Services
Longarm quilting is performed using professional equipment and techniques.
Customers are responsible for providing quilt tops and backing that are properly prepared.
Additional preparation services may incur additional charges.
Embroidery Services
Embroidery designs are stitched using commercial embroidery equipment.
Minor variations in stitch appearance, thread color, or placement are considered normal characteristics of custom embroidery.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
Customers must have the legal right to reproduce any artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, or other copyrighted material submitted for quilting or embroidery. Beth’s Threaded Treasures reserves the right to decline any project that may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Beth’s Threaded Treasures creates and uses original artwork, embroidery designs, quilt patterns, layouts, and other creative works that are protected by United States copyright law. All original designs, photographs, written content, graphics, and other materials created by Beth’s Threaded Treasures remain the exclusive property of Beth’s Threaded Treasures unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Beth’s Threaded Treasures also utilizes embroidery designs, quilting motifs, fonts, and artwork that are legally licensed from third-party designers and publishers. These licensed designs remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright owners and are used in accordance with the terms of their applicable licenses.
No design, pattern, embroidery file, digital file, artwork, photograph, or other intellectual property created by or licensed to Beth’s Threaded Treasures may be copied, scanned, digitized, redistributed, resold, reverse engineered, reproduced, or used to create derivative works without the prior written permission of the applicable copyright owner. The purchase of a finished product does not transfer ownership of, or any rights to reproduce, the underlying design or artwork.
Beth’s Threaded Treasures reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
Turnaround Times
Estimated completion dates are provided as a courtesy.
Completion times may vary depending on:
- Order volume
- Seasonal demand
- Material availability
- Project complexity
While every effort is made to meet estimated completion dates, they are not guaranteed.
Payment
Payment is due before shipped items are mailed or before local pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include those listed at the time of purchase.
Shipping
If shipping is requested:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Beth’s Threaded Treasures is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Because most products are custom-made or personalized:
Custom Orders
Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
- The wrong item was produced.
- The personalization differs from the approved design.
- An error was made by Beth’s Threaded Treasures.
Ready-to-Purchase Items
Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beth’s Threaded Treasures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
